Great refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this fridge a few weeks ago and are loving it so far. There’s a ton of room on the doors to store condiments, both tall and short. My one complaint is that it’s hard to store taller larger items like a gallon of milk or wine bottle on the lower shelf. The only way we’ve found is to use the tuck away shelf right above. Love the added can storage but that does reduce the width of the produce drawers. Overall we are very pleased. Ice and water work well and it holds temperature well even on very hot days. The stainless steel is fingerprint resistant but not totally immune to smudges.

Extremely noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The noise this unit makes is ridiculous. My previous Whirlpool made some noise but not nearly as bad as this on. I can't believe the engineers and designer of this unit expect customers to think this is normal. It's almost unbearable. I called Whirlpool and they are sending someone out on Friday and I'm sure they will tell me that it's all normal. If this is so Whirlpool will never have my business again. The sales people should at least warn buyer. I will give the engineers 4 stars for FINALLY redesigning the ice maker. In my last model it jammed all the time and broke down for repairs twice.

Great Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new fridge. It has a nice roomy interior with a good layout of compartments and shelves. The infinity shelf was a surprise and has proven to be super useful.

Love all the drawers and shelves inside the frig

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the refrigerator however the only reason i gave it a 4 star is because the water/ice depenser is all in one. I wish you had 2 differsent levers, one for ice and one for water. I've forgot many time to switch it to ice and end up with water all over.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this about 2 months ago and are very happy with it. The black smudge resistant stainless steel looks great with our other regular black older appliances, that we plan on replacing over time. The most important feature we wanted an in- the -door ice maker instead of wasting space and losing a whole shelf inside the fridge.

Horrible refrigerator

This item had to be replaced by Whirlpool after 1 year due to led lights constantly not working. If 1 led goes out, they all go out! Since it’s been replaced by same model there are constant problems with the refrigerator. I had to buy a service contract to cover repairs. Now the alarm keeps going off, lights blinking, barely cooling and I can’t get service for 5 days. Horrible refrigerator !

It could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] not happy with the way it dispenses the water, spigot is in front of ice Shute when trying to fill half gallon glass jugs you have to watch where you put the opening otherwise you spray water all over. You have to make sure you close the freezer draw it seems to drag when closing . The same with doors have to be shut hard or they don't seal properly seems small after having 32 cu. ft. they could have made ice dispenser less bulky freezer is small. Have to run refrigerator at 34 degrees to keep thing cold everytime you open refrigerator it temp inside go up at least 6 degrees and in in the danger zone for proper refrigeration

Although I didn't have a lot of time to do my research because we desperately needed to get something delivered quick, I am so glad I trusted Whirlpool for a quality product! The black stainless is such a modern finish and we were pleasantly surprised by how cleverly the interior was designed to maximize space.

Great Refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator about two weeks ago and love it so far. I love the small storage drawer in the refrigerator and also the dividers in the freezer. The pizza storage pocket is great! I didn't really think I'd use it because we hardly ever buy frozen pizza, but it is great for all types of boxes and bags. I have also found that the fingerprint resistance is excellent. I had been warned about fingerprints on stainless steel, but we have not had any issues. The one issue I've had is with water spraying on the floor if my glass or bottle isn't the right size or alignment under the water nozzle. Having said that, I would still give this refrigerator 5 stars because I really love it!
