Richardson Appliance Sales & Service is family owned and operated, specializing in QUALITY, AFFORDABLE APPLIANCE SOLUTIONS YOU CAN TRUST. Our office is located in Harrison, Arkansas, but our team of five (and growing) appliance technicians provides service to several communities in Arkansas, including Harrison, Mountain Home, Berryville, and Eureka Springs. We also service Branson, Missouri, and the surrounding areas. Some local HVAC companies offer appliance service in addition to their heating and cooling services; however, we focus on appliances ONLY. This intentionality, along with a centralized service area, enables us to respond to your appliance service needs quickly. We also offer new, as well as scratch & dent appliances for sale.

After working for almost 20 years in the appliance service industry, John and Amy began Richardson Appliance Service, LLC in January of 2014. They began operating the business out of their home with John as their only technician. In 2016, they moved the business out of their home and added another service tech. In December 2017, they purchased another local appliance service company and expanded their team to include additional appliance techs and a very supportive and knowledgeable office staff.

With over 60 years of combined appliance service experience, our team is highly qualified to accurately diagnose and repair your appliances. We are licensed and insured and will always treat your appliances like they are our own. At Richardson Appliance Sales & Service, we pride ourselves in our thorough, detail-oriented approach in everything we do. We understand the importance of communicating with the customer. As consumers and homeowners, ourselves, we also understand how important it is to have working appliances. Our team knows the value of a hard-earned dollar, so we strive to keep our rates reasonable to best serve our customers.
