RUN AWAY

I really thought I was the problem, that maybe it wasnt sitting level, or maybe I needed to clean the door gasket. NOOOOO.... this refrigerator drains a TON of water down the back which ends up underneath the produce drawer, then when you open the produce drawer, all the water "waterfalls" out the bottom, onto the kitchen floor. I sepnt a lot of $ on all brand new SS Whirlpool kitchen appliances, and the stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator HAVE ALL BEEN A HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT. I thought Whirlpool was a reputable brand, but I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Do not buy

Broken. The freeze is a snow globe with a full blown snow storm in it and the fridge portion is room temperature.

Lemon alert!

I outfitted my basement kitchen with a whirlpool Range,Dishwasher and Refrigerator. Initially the fridge worked for a few weeks then broke down. Had it repaired once, it broke down again. The compressor was replaced. Now after almost two years the freezer is not working, the fridge is not keeping cold. It seems that I am not alone with these problems is there a recall on this model that I am not aware of ? If not then there should be.

Do not buy

We only had this fridge for 2 years before it broke down. Apparently it is an issue with the heater on the unit that in talking with a local appliance repair guys is a common issue and there is no long term fix. This fridge should be recalled.

Frige with freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought this the freezer only worked for 28 days then quit . Guy came to fix it and ran for for a couple weeks and quit again. C wrecked our food 3x’s freezer works when it wants too! Can’t trust it to use for food. Refrigerator works great.

Great features, sleek design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this fridge back in November 2021 and finally received it in April of 2022. The fridge door was "warped" and won't shut properly. I haven't been able to use it yet. Its been over a month since the repair person came and diagnosed the problem and still haven't received a new door yet. I did receive the gasket in the wrong color though but that doesn't do anything for me..

Affordable and great space saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our main fridge in the kitchen went out and we were living out of 2 college fridges for about 5 days. We contacted our local appliance store and asked what they had available in about the 10 cubic foot size and they recommended this whirlpool. We replaced our college fridges with this larger sized in the basement until we could get a new one for our kitchen. It was a nice surprise at how much space and the layout of this fridge and how easy it made the next week for us much easier. Very affordable and good sized fridge.
